back from ComicCon... my allotted one geek show

San Diego, as always, is ASSSSSS. I hate that town. Its like a dyslexic monkey high on a ramboncous mix of crystal meph and ludes desided to go all the way and become a city planner... who was then possessed by the decripted soul of Lovecraft and Dr. Seuss on alternating days. Only such a horrid union of corrupted dreaming could come up with that many curved roads, senseless offramps, oneway roads for no reason, sudden stops and alternating street lights that provide no significant illumination. Add a Saturday night and the SUV gestapo and bam, you got my suburban nightmare. Call me Vercetti, cause I wanted to get all driveby. I crash my car, but nothing happened really, hopefully that jackass lets it go. The thingee was fun and I was there for work reasons in part, so its deductable. I hate though the nerd herds that gauck and slow down lines... and bump you and get all snotty. Fuck you you fucking badly dress Sith. I hate Star Wars... for that reason exactly. Picked some cool indies though. Also surprised by how many actually working Hollywood types are there, pimping their comic book work. And of course, got a few things signed and bought. COuld have gotten Jhonen if I wanted to wait, but nah. Also Smith but nah. Fuck em. Anyway, I am home in one piece. Few other things... got to yap with some of the Los Hernandezes. Also, got to talk up a few porn starlets who I drop some names with. Kind of disconcerting when you are sharing numbers and names with someone who you have witnessed super suck a few guys.
